No warranty

DMCA & copyright takedowns
Because file transfers happen directly between users' browsers and never touch our servers, FileTransferFree does not host any user content. We therefore cannot remove a file from a transfer in progress. If you believe someone is using the service to infringe your copyright, please email info@filetransferfree.com with details and we will respond appropriately, including ceasing service to a clearly infringing user where we are able to identify them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required by mandatory consumer-protection law, and otherwise by general principles of international commercial law. Any dispute will first be addressed informally by contacting us at info@filetransferfree.com.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileTransferFree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.

The FileTransferFree name, brand, logo, website design, and underlying source code are the intellectual property of FileTransferFree.com and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, redistribute, or exploit any portion of the website, its branding, or its source code without express written permission.
